These Porcelain Kintsiguri Earrings are inspired by the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, to render a new piece more beautiful than before. These handmade earrings feature a white porcelain, matte gloss disc with a delicate line design. Paired with 11mm Hoop Studs, these classic earrings are beautifully packaged in a glass bottle. The porcelain discs are made via an intricate process where real gold or silver lustre is added to the surface of each charm before the final firing. This seals the lustre into the glaze creating elegant, durable jewellery.
Due to the nature of the clay, each pair of earrings is unique in form and size. These earrings have a necklace to match.
