You’re welcome to return items for a full refund provided that:

- they are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order
- they remain unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition

To start a return, please email hello@willowandrowe.com with your order number and a brief note explaining the issue. If your item has arrived damaged, please include clear photographs. We recommend returning products using a tracked or signed-for service.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings or any cosmetic items that have been opened or used.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for any reduced value of returned items that results from handling beyond what’s necessary to inspect the product. This also applies to any damage incurred during the return transit.
